Order handling
Normal handling time is 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Pre-orders, address or payment verification, unusually large orders, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require additional time.
Shipping charges
Eligible orders are charged a $6.99 standard shipping rate. Free standard shipping is available when the merchandise subtotal is $150 or more after discounts and before any applicable taxes. The shipping methods and charges available for an order are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates
Carrier transit times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Diamond Hill TCG is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be provided after the shipping label is created or the order is handed to the carrier. Tracking may take time to begin showing movement. A shipping confirmation does not mean the carrier has already scanned the package.
Packaging
Orders are packed with reasonable protective materials appropriate for trading cards, graded slabs, and sealed products. Multiple items may be packed together when appropriate.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Contact us as soon as possible if a shipment arrives damaged, is missing contents, contains the wrong item, or shows an unresolved delivery problem. Include the order number and clear photos of the shipping box or mailer, shipping label, packing materials, product, and damage when applicable. Keep all packaging and contents while the claim is reviewed. Carrier investigations and other documentation may be required before a resolution is issued.
Pre-orders
Pre-order release dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers or distributors and may change. A pre-order may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins or inventory is specifically committed to the order. If Diamond Hill TCG cannot fulfill an item, the affected item will be refunded.
